Wristband information

Wristbands will go on sale in two phases:

First-year (including foundation year) priority: 1pm, Thursday 24 August 2023
General sale: 10am, Monday 4 September 2023

Individual event tickets are on sale from 10am, Monday 11 September 2023

Collecting your wristband

After you have purchased a wristband, you can collect it from the SU Ticket Office (blue container outside the SU) at the following times:

Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 September: 11:00-19:00

If you’re unable to collect your wristband over the weekend, you can collect it on the door at any of our wristband events. However, we’d encourage you to collect it in advance if possible to speed up entry on the door.

Please note that all ticket holders need to be present when exchanging for a wristband and wristbands must be placed on your arm at the time of collection. We cannot refund any wristbands that are lost between collection and the event start so please ensure you look after them.

Be aware of fake events

Keep an eye out for any deals that look too good to be true and be wary of anything you see that isn’t being advertised through our @SURHUL social media pages. Every year, external companies advertise ‘Royal Holloway Freshers’ coach trips for events in central London; these events may exist, but they are not affiliated with the Students’ Union or the University. The only place you'll be able to purchase tickets for official events is on our website or the Union App. Always check for our logo and check in with our team on social media if you're unsure.
