Candidate for School Rep - Business & Management

My name is Martin Kapusta and im a second-year Business student Im running for the position of School Rep.

As the reigning School Representative of the Business and Management Department, I am dedicated to representing the voices and opinions of my fellow students. In this role, I have been able to play a critical role in improving the department and the university by working closely with the Vice Presidents of the Student Union and collecting valuable feedback from my peers.

I focus on ensuring that the needs and opinions of the Business and Management students are heard and addressed. I will attend meetings with the school board and committee meetings to discuss, suggest, and approve changes in the department with professors and other representatives.

I believe that it is essential for students to have a say in their education, and I am committed to making sure that the voices of my peers are heard. I will also continue developing my skills through training programs focusing on giving feedback valuable feedback and listening.

My main goal for next year is to try to improve assignment structures and find the most efficient ways to create workshops and teach you in the most efficient way. I think it is crucial for students to have access to enjoyable and effective lectures and learn the most.

Furthermore, I will work closely with the Vice presidents and President to improve overall student satisfaction and to be able to regain the top 20 in the UK University ranking.

In conclusion, I am committed to improving the department, the university, and the educational experience of my fellow students.
