The accessible viewing area is available on request - please book this before Friday 17 May. The platform is located in Founders Square providing a good view of the Stage. Once you have registered via this form' we will send you information explaining how to access the viewing area nearer to the event.
We try and accommodate everyone's requirements. If someone has accessibility requirements and is with a large group of people, we will try and keep the group together, however it may not be in the designated accessible viewing area. Large groups are strongly encouraged to inform us in advance via the form
All our staff are trained to support you at the point of sale. As we have to hire in bars to fit within specific spaces at the event, unfortunately not all of them feature a low counter. In those cases, staff will pop around to see you where required.
One external toilet unit will be located by each of the three toilet blocks.
Visually impaired guests are more than welcome to use the accessible viewing area if they would like to. You are also more than welcome to stand at the front of the gig and security will ensure this is possible.
We use strobe and flashing lighting throughout the event, but some areas provide less risk of exposure than others. If you require further information, please email our Access team via disabledaccess@su.rhul.ac.uk'.
All our security team are trained in assisting disabled customers in case of emergency. We do not have a specific emergency or refuge point, but disabled customers are asked when they enter the building to remain in the accessible viewing area in case of emergency. Every disabled person is allocated a member of security when they arrive who is to go to their assistance if we need to evacuate.
