When does the survey close?

The survey and prize draw is open from 12:00 on Friday 10 May 2024 until 23:59 on Sunday 26 May 2024.

What prizes can I win?

Every student who completes the survey will be entered into our prize draw. The winners will receive one of the following prizes: £300 cash; £50 cash (x4); Summer Ball tickets (x2); £25 RHSU Rewards voucher; £25 Lifestyle Gift Card; £20 Starbucks voucher; £20 Vue cinema voucher; Exploding Kittens card game; Essential oil mist diffuser set; 30oz stainless steel insulated travel tumbler; Simply Sweets retro sweet hamper. Additional prizes will be on offer at our in-person event at the Library on Wednesday 22 May 2024.

How will winners be selected?

When you complete the survey you will be assigned a number. On the dates of each draw, all of the current entry numbers will be entered into Random.Org where the winners will be randomly generated. The earlier you complete the survey, the more chance you have of winning.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners of the £50 cash prize draws will be announced on Wednesday 15, Friday 17, Wednesday 22 and Friday 24 May 2024. The £300 cash prize winner will be drawn on Monday 27 May 2024. Other prize winners will be announced between Monday 13 May - Friday 25 May 2024.

How will I know if I win a prize?

The winners will be announced on social media on the day of each draw and notified by email on or before Monday 27 May 2024.

How would I claim my prize?

To receive a cash prize, you will need to provide us with your bank details so that our Finance team can transfer the money to your account. Otherwise, prizes will be available to collect from the Union Helpdesk. We will contact all prize winners via email to arrange collection.
