    System to deal with estate agents that cause problems to students

    There should be something to deal with estate agents that repeatedly act against students, as at the moment an estate agent that had been reported to the SU multiple times was still invited to the housing fair. This undermines the SU's name, and makes it feel as though contacting the SU about these kind of issues is not worth it. Possible solutions: -> A list of estate agents that have acted in this way, so students can form a list of estate agents to avoid -> A policy that means that if companies ignore legitimate complaints that may lose future invites, causing them to act on complaints instead of ignoring them

4:20pm on 13 Feb 17 When we moved in our shower had drainage issues, took three months to fix. Our sofas are so old supports have broken and there is sharp metal sticking out of them in a few places, these sofas have not been replaced. The landlord and agency have acknowledged the sofas, but said they will not be replaced at this time because they fixed the shower in December...

7:55pm on 13 Feb 17 Our landlord had the garden full of rubbish, took months to get rid of it, then dumped it in the road, causing issues with the council.
