More bins in the SU

Across the Students' Union there are many places for people to hang out but very few bins inside. Even when groups are consuming food and drink from Tommy's, this can still create rubbish and so it would be sensible to have more bins so this rubbish can be disposed of, rather than being left on tables or having to be taken home to throw away.
