Make walking to Gowar and Wedderburn Easier

Fill in the worn in paths that run between Founders and Gowar & Wedderburn, including around the American Football Pitch to Jane Holloway, and from the Stumble Inn ramp to Canada Copse. This means walking from the hall to anywhere on campus is easier and quicker, and no longer means getting muddy feet to be on-time to your lecture. The path could be similar to the path from Gowar & Wedderburn to the Sports Centre.
