Better water fountains in the library.

Although this is a small issue and people hardly use the water fountains in the library, but the water fountains are terrible. Firstly it takes a while for the fountain to fill up a basic 500ml water bottle which is a waste of time, especially during exam season, with students and staff stressed as it is. Also as recent as this post on has already broken down, £50 million well spent. The library aside the water fountains around campus sound like they are gonna and are fidgety to use.
