Lighting on the pathway that leads to Gowar and Wedderburn

The pathway that goes from the roadside to Gowar and Wedderburn has no lighting at night, but as students are living there people are going to be walking through it at different times during the evening and night. But even earlier on in the afternoon/evening it is pitch black and visibility is limited. Nonetheless, this is the main route to get to these halls, therefore it seems evident that there should be some lighting along this pathway.
