Ban smoking in the Founders Square area

Smoking is a habit that endangers not only the participants but also those around them. The habit of smoking around EWD and not in the designated smoking area means that butts are left on the ground and others have to pass close to smoke without any choice. Students who are unfortunately addicted to nicotine can obtain patches or perhaps be encouraged to give up this harmful habit?
