Maybe One Day.

The development of a new South Asian society in Holloway will be very beneficial for student life. Upon starting here at Royal Holloway I noticed a distinct lack of representation for the south asian community; and whilst there were societies which fell under the bracket of "south asian", they were not as active and did not hold as much of a presence compared to societies in other UoL. My vision with a new south asian society is to unite the currently divided south asian ethnics within holloway, by providing fun and enjoyable social activities such as Balls, Boat Parties, Plays ect; aswell as creating an enviroment for education about south asian culture. I believe that through my contacts with numerous presidents from many of the other UoL we can bring Royal Holloway into the loop and establish closer bonds with other universities; a perfect way for students to network and meet people from all around london. And providing the foundation for the longevity of the society.
