Record all lectures and put them on a student app or moodle

Most universities of equal/higher calibre record their lectures and make them easily accessible to students, while we seem to be stuck with (sometimes dreadful) lecture notes on Moodle. It is not always possible to attend every lecture and we're being punished for it, when many lecture theatres definitely have the equipment for it.
