Recreate walkway between Gowar/Wedderburn and Founders

Reopen what used to be a curbstone walkway from Gowar and Wedderburn to Founders, which has now been replaced with signs saying no entry. It is a lovely streamlined route through the woods and the signs are not effectively stopping people walking through - evidenced from the muddy path trodden up the hill still which looks unsightly, especially with the signs.
