Allow access to and from campus parking through Egham Hill works entrance

I think that it would be a great idea if Royal Holloway Students and Staff could use the works entrance on Egham Hill in order to access and exit campus parking. This would give students more time to find parking and get to classes, if they did not have to use the main Royal Holloway car entrance, as there is often traffic or road works on this stretch of road. In addition student parking is closer to the works entrance and so access via it would mean less time and petrol spent driving.
