Hot water tap for free hot drinks at library

At Bedford library there used to be an accessible hot water station, meaning students who brought their own reusable cup and tea/coffee could easily get free drinks throughout the day. Now the only option is to join the often long queue in the new library and waste the time of the Starbucks team who have other drinks to make. It also encourages students to bring their own cup and help the environment :)
