2018/19
- The College is drafting a Sustainability Strategy
- We have been approached to be stakeholders to contribute to the draft over the next month or so before College Executive approve it
- Plans for solar and renewable power energy generation will form part of this strategy.
- Planning is currently underway for this campaign, set to happen between the 25th of February and the 1st of March.
- Events will include a panel discussion, sports day, and a LAN party.
- We'll be holding Disability Sports Day as part of our Disability Awareness Week, which will include a variety of sports to get involved in, including Goalball!
- Disability Sports Dat will be held on Saturday 9 February.
- We've met with the head of Disabilitiy and Dyslexia services, who will now be helping us to explore options.
- Conversations are underway with the estates team, who would be responsible for installing the signs.
- We've met with the Head of Estates, who is helping us to collaborate with Circuit Laundry to improve their current provision.
- We've run a focus group with those of who that have submitted numerous Bright Ideas regarding Circuit outlining short term and long term goals.

2017/18
- The college i currently working on an anonymised reporting platform for all students to use.
- Sexual Assault Awareness Week, the "One in Three" campaign was held from the 22nd to the 26th of February and was a fantastic success.
- Research into policies is underway
- Clem Jones to present idea and strategy to college
- Multiple other sustainability projects are underway, including the coffee cup discount, bike racks, and sustainable cups
- The Liberate Our Curriculum campaign was launched following the Women of Colour Collective's "Why is My Curriculum White?" panel discussion
- Tasha Barrett has presented to Academic Board

- The issue was brough up at College/SU Executive meeting on 05/03/18, and we are awaiting a response

- This idea was brought up during the Library Users Advisory Group, however was rejected by the college

Moderation Policy
Royal Holloway Students' Union values free speech and recognises that debate and lively discussion are important parts of any democratic organisation. With this in mind, we aim to moderate discussion on this platform only where absolutely necessary. Posts warranting moderation include those which we consider to breach our Equality and Diversity Policy, our Freedom of Speech Policy, our Code of Practice, or our overall aim to create a democratic environment free from abuse, intimidation or harassment.
