Before you sign anything, get your contract checked by our Housing Advisor. You can just email your contract over using the subject "contract check request."

• If you would like an appointment to talk through the contract check feedback, just ask us for a Zoom meeting.

Our advisors can highlight all the key areas of the contract so that you can make an informed decision and avoid any future fines or deposit deductions.

Remember: NEVER sign a contract in a rush. You are supposed to have sufficient time to look over the terms and consult someone.

If the landlord/agent says they don't have the contract ready, tell them that you're happy to look at the contract template they use and we can check this for you.
