The RHUL Lifting Club is centered around providing a social experience for experienced lifters and bodybuilders along with introducing people to the sport and providing guidance and advice on how to get started in the best, and safest way possible. It is often the case that bodybuilding and sports centered around lifting weights can become very solitary pursuits, our society offers a competitive and social element within the university to provide members with a sense of community and shared passion. We will also give out personalised nutrition tips for each of our members to further enhance their lifting journey and guide them along the way.
Whether you're new to lifting weights or an experienced lifter we pride ourselves in providing members with the tools that he or she needs to build a physique that they can be proud of.

- Group gym sessions on Mondays and Fridays : These sessions will include training provided by more experienced members of the society, people new to bodybuilding and people new to the society can come along. The committee will be present at these. Mondays 9pm till 10pm Fridays session will be from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
- Personalised Nutrition Packs
- SU nights will be every friday
- PENDING : Powerlifitng competitions will be held in RHUL Gym, we plan to hold the first of these around mid November
