Commuting Students

meet your community officer

Hey there! I’m Delilah (she/her). I’m a Masters student studying Ethnomusicology, involved in a plethora of societies nearly every day of the week! I commute by car to Royal Holloway, and am committed to making the lives of my fellow commuters easier. While on campus, I’m normally found playing music, writing/reading fantasy in the library, drinking copious amounts of coffee, or occasionally even doing my degree! I’m here for any questions, comments, or concerns you have about commuting, and am always glad to meet new people!

Community Officer
Commuting Students

For the remainder of the year, I plan to facilitate and support community amongst commuting students, to ensure we all feel at home on campus despite not living here. I intend to achieve this through social media, gatherings, and communications, to engage with, and connect, commuting students. This will include collaborating with various societies to run events that particularly cater to the needs of commuting students. I am dedicated to increasing awareness of parking and facilities currently available to students, through creating resources and improving communication, and to making events more accessible to commuting students. Last but not least, I will be here as a listening ear for any commuting concerns you have.
