As we approach the halfway mark of Term One, VP Wellbeing and Diversity Nisha is running her Wobble Week campaign (23-27 October) to make sure you're adjusting to university life and your new surroundings.

Hey everyone,
I hope you are all enjoying the first term of the academic year! As you all know the start of a new academic year is exciting, but it can also be a bit overwhelming. The rush of Welcome Week may have left you with more questions than answers, and that's completely okay. Your concerns are valid, and I want to help you adjust to university life and your new surroundings, therefore I have planned a week full of events and activities designed to help you – it's called Wobble Week!
Wobble Week runs from 23-27 October, just before a well-deserved Study Week. Whether you find yourself icing a biscuit, trying your hand at a new sport or enjoying some friendly Pub Quiz competition, it's all about helping you to relax, have fun and meet new people.
Each day, you'll also have the opportunity to chat with a staff member from the SU or University if you're having a wobble or simply fancy a chat! Whether you have a question relating to your studies, wellbeing, housing or anything else, use Wobble Week as your sign to go and get your questions answered. Head to our campaign page to find out more!
Not all students settle into university life with ease. Some students may still be feeling uncertain and unsettled. I have organised this week with you in mind, offering a variety of events and activities to help you wobble a little less and smile a little more.
So, if you're still trying to make new friends, find your place, and adjust to the university environment, Wobble Week provides you with another chance to connect with others, learn, and receive support.
Embrace the support, embrace the fun!
