Union Helpdesk
From Monday 26 April (the start of Summer Term), the Union Helpdesk will be open from Monday-Friday, 10:00-16:00.

Tommy's Kitchen/Humpit
Reopening on Monday 12 April as a student study space (Monday-Friday, 12:00-20:00) with food and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase via our app. Not able to make it to campus? You'll be able to order online via Uber Eats and have it delivered to your door.
The Packhorse
After being closed for what feels like an eternity, The Packhorse will be reopening for outdoor dining seven days a week from Monday 12 April. Savour the joy of pub grub in our beer garden, washed down with a glass of your favourite tipple.
Entry is completely FREE but you'll need to make an online booking to guarantee entry.
Table service only - drinks must be ordered through our online app.
'Rule of Six' applies, meaning you can book a table for up to six people (they can be from multiple households).

Medicine
If you’re looking for an alternative place to meet friends and have a few drinks, Medicine Beer Garden will be reopening from Monday 26 April and you'll be able to enjoy a range of drinks deals including £1 VKs, two cocktails for £8 and four Jungbombs for £10.

Currently, only Royal Holloway students can attend our venues so unfortunately no guests are permitted.

Aside from Sunday 28 March when it will be closed for a stocktake, the Union Shop will remain open throughout the Easter break (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-18:00).
A click and collect service is also available through our online shop.
From Monday 26 April, we will revert to our standard opening hours (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-23:00).
