Alongside the launch of the app, we’re thrilled to be introducing our new Loyalty Rewards scheme, where you can earn points that can be redeemed against future food and drink purchases.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- You’ll earn 10 points for each £1 you spend in our venues (Tommy's Kitchen | The Packhorse | Union Shop | SU Venue | Medicine)
- Once you’ve earned 500 points, you’ll earn a £5 voucher that can be used as full or part payment for a future purchase.
- Ordering on the app? Your points will automatically be added to your in-app Loyalty Card.
- If you’re ordering at the bar (including at our club nights) or in the Union Shop, we'll scan your QR code at the till.
You can’t order drinks at Medicine or the SU Venue via the app, but you can still earn points from every purchase as long as you’ve registered for Loyalty Rewards on the app.

Scan your Loyalty QR code on five transactions between 12 February - 10 March and you'll also earn a £2.50 voucher to redeem against your next purchase (valid until 31 March).
HOW DO I REGISTER?
- Download the RHSU Order app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need to register and then locate the ‘Register for Loyalty Rewards’ tab.
- Enter your details to sign up (you’ll need your Student ID Card number at this point). All student ID numbers have been pre-loaded into the database and will be used to verify your details.
- Once you’ve received an email confirmation of your sign-up, head to ‘My Loyalty Card’ on the app and enter your Student ID Card number again to verify your details.
- Access to Loyalty Rewards is exclusively for students, members of the general public are unable to access the scheme.
