If you’re about to start your life at Royal Holloway as a new student, you’ll be delighted to know that we’re doing an early bird Freshers’ Festival wristband exclusivity period to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the action.
With acts such as drum & bass legend Andy C ft. Tonn Piper, Don Broco (DJ Set), EO and Philip George gracing the stage this year, this is not a week to miss! We understand that FOMO is real (fear of missing out) and Freshers’ Festival is an essential time that emphasises the importance of play. Having a wristband helps to make you worry-free as it guarantees entry to all the major late-night events throughout the week (not to mention you get to keep a snazzy souvenir when the week is over).
What Wristband Options Do I Have?
You have the option of purchase two different types of wristbands: Silver (£50) and Gold (£65). Having a wristband will give you fast track entry to all of the events (excluding Freshers’ Ball if you have a silver wristband) and special benefits for a much cheaper price when compared to buying individual tickets separately.
As a Students’ Union, we want you to get full value for money. So we’re giving a £15 discount off the annual Gold Royal Holloway Sports membership, free access to all group exercise classes and free drop-in gym use during Freshers’ for all silver and gold wristband owners.
We’re not even done yet - having a wristband also entitles you to a one-off 50% discount to your food bill at the Packhorse or Tommy’s Kitchen and £5 off when you spend over £25 at the Union shop. You'll also bag 50% off a snazzy Royal Holloway hoody. Pretty great, right?

How Can I Purchase One?
For new students starting this September, you will receive an email from College containing your Campus Connect login details. You use these details to log into our website, which will give you access to our products and services.
If don’t have your login details yet, you can register for a guest account. However, you'll only be able to buy the Freshers' Festival wristband with this and won't be able to add any group memberships, so it’s best to sort your student login details as soon as possible. Also, don't worry if you've purchased a wristband on a guest account then received your student login details later on. We will merge both accounts so you can get all the products on your guest account, onto your student one.
If you’ve already acquired your student login details but you’re still experiencing issues trying to log in, you can try and resolve them by following the steps provided by our login guide.

The exclusivity period for new students will run from 16 August - 31 August. Wristband sales will be released to all students from Saturday 1 September.
