Meal Deal Giveaway
We get how tough it can be to manage your finances while focusing on your studies. Each student's journey is unique, and we know that balancing your extracurricular activities, part-time jobs, and caring responsibilities can feel like spinning a million different plates!
At the beginning of term, we reached out to you all to hear your thoughts on what initiatives would help ease the burden of living costs. And wow, did you respond! As well as considering how we can offer long-term support, the feedback was overwhelmingly in favour of offering short-term ways of helping you out, such as providing a free lunch.
That's why we're absolutely thrilled to announce that as part of our Cost of Living campaign, we're hosting a Meal Deal Giveaway! Join us on Thursday 21 March from 11:30-14:00 in the EWD Atrium to bag your free premium meal deal!
Coming up
- Student-Led Events Calendar – Another project in the works to promote student group and community events, we are developing a student-led events calendar which will exist on the SU website ready for the 2024/25 academic year.
- Access Fund – following an analysis of student group memberships, we will be increasing the maximum amount you can apply for from the access fund to ensure it is reflective of the current costs of joining a student group.
And lots more! Check out our campaign page to find out what else we’re up to! Got a suggestion? Reach out to us at voice@su.rhul.ac.uk.
