Careers Support Policy Inquiry: The Final Steps

Join President Jack O'Neill at a consultation drop-in to discuss the recommendations for our Student Voice Report, as we seek to improve the careers support available at Royal Holloway.

Careerscareers-reportpresident blog
At the start of the year, President Jack O'Neill called a policy inquiry into the careers support available at Royal Holloway.

Since then, we have been working hard on researching what a modern careers service should look like in universities, and consulting you on what support you would like to see throughout the University.

Back in term one, we published our briefing document that demonstrated a fraction of this research. Since then, we have been continuing to analyse data, speak with students and research solutions and we are now in a position where we have a list of potential recommendations.

Before we sign everything off and publish the final Student Voice Report, we want to check with you that what we have is right! That's where you come in - join us in Shilling Seminar Room on Wednesday 5 February from 12:30-14:30 to look over our recommendations and offer vital feedback which will feed into the final report.

Feel free to come and go as you please, it will be really chilled and all you will need is your opinion!

If you have any questions about the event or the wider careers support policy inquiry, please email me at president@su.rhul.ac.uk.
