Mental Health issues will affect everyone at one time or another: either we'll struggle ourselves or know someone who does.
Dealing with mental health issues is often a silent struggle - the problems people face aren't always obvious and sometimes just aren't talked about.
This week SURHUL wants to draw attention to the wide variety of issues that people on this campus are facing and will be trying to make everyone more aware of the problems surrounding them.
We're also bringing back Stressbusters from last year to help you sweep away the essay stress!
