THE PACKHORSE

The Packhorse is one of Egham’s oldest taverns, diligently serving the local community since the early 1800s.

Although we can no longer offer you somewhere to stable your steed, we can put on a large range of different events.
The main pub is available for exclusive hire, altough term time availability may be restricted subject to trading hours. The first-floor meeting rooms are all available for exclusive hire.
Unexclusive bookings are also available during trading hours, with no additional operational changes.

First Floor Meeting Rooms

The pub has three meeting rooms on the first floor. They are furnished with air-conditioning, wall mounted screens and board room styled furniture. Perfect for training days away or professional meetings. Our meeting rooms can be set out to sat up to 14 in a board room style, and seat 25 in a theatre style.

Half-day hire

Perfect for that short team briefing session or a private space to work from. With high-speed internet and free teas & coffees on arrival, you can’t go wrong with our half-day hire.

Full-day hire

Looking for a location for your team day away? Our all day hire plan is the perfect choice, featuring teas, coffees & biscuits as standard. If you are looking for something more filling, bookings for these rooms can pre-book an array of food menus.
