SOLD OUT
Everything in the silver package + your ticket to Freshers’ Ball ft. Sigma (DJ Set) + more (Sat 24 Sep) - an incredible end to your Freshers' Festival experience.
Freshers’ Festival wristbands have now completely sold out. There will be a final ticket release for individual events at midday on Friday 16 September. Click the links above to navigate your way to individual events or head to our Events page to see the full schedule.
Please note, due to Her Majesty The Queen's State Funeral (Mon 19 Sep), we have taken the decision to cancel VK Glow Up (Sun 18 Sep) and IBIZA: Dress in All White Party (Mon 19 Sep). All gold and silver wristband holders who paid a higher amount for their wristband will receive a partial refund to compensate for the cancelled events.
After you have purchased a wristband, you can collect it from the Students' Union between 12:00-20:00 every day from Friday 16 September onwards.
Friday 16 - Sunday 18 September: SU Main Hall
Monday 19 September onwards: Union Helpdesk (first floor of the Students' Union Building).
Please note that all ticket holders need to be present when exchanging for a wristband and wristbands must be placed on your arm at the time of collection. We cannot refund any wristbands that are lost between collection and the event start so please ensure you look after them.
If you already have your Campus Connect login details, you should be able to access to our website, add a wristband to your basket and checkout with no issue. However, if you encounter any problems logging in, please follow the steps provided by our login guide. Still no luck? Email marketing@su.rhul.ac.uk stating your student number and the error message you have encountered.
Keep an eye out for any deals that look too good to be true and be wary of anything you see that isn’t being advertised through our @SURHUL social media pages. Every year, external companies advertise ‘Royal Holloway Freshers’ coach trips for events in central London; these events may exist, but they are not affiliated with the Students’ Union or the University. The only place you'll be able to purchase tickets for official events is on our website or the Union App. Always check for our logo and check in with our team on social media if you're unsure.
