When can I buy my wristband?
Wristbands will go on sale in two phases:
- First and second-year students: Friday 27 August (10am)
- General sale: Monday 6 September (10am)
Freshers’ Festival wristbands have now sold out and there will be no further wristbands released.
Individual tickets will go on general sale from 10am on Tuesday 14 September.

Collecting your wristband
After you have purchased a wristband, you can collect it from the Union Helpdesk (on the first floor of the Students’ Union Building) at the following times:
- Monday 13 - Thursday 16 September | 12:00 to 16:00
- Friday 17 - Saturday 25 September | 12:00 to 20:00
To collect your wristband and be admitted to our events at either the Union Venue or Founder’s South Quad, you will need to show proof of one of the below, preferably via the NHS COVID Pass:
DOUBLE VACCINATION - you received your second COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 whole days ago (or 14 whole days after one dose of the Janssen vaccine).
or
NEGATIVE TEST - a negative lateral flow or PCR test taken in the 48 hours prior to the event.
or
NATURAL IMMUNITY - evidenced by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
If you live, or were vaccinated in, an overseas country, we will also be accepting EU (EU Digital COVID Certificate) and USA (CDC card) vaccine certificates.
Please note that all ticket holders need to be present when exchanging for a wristband and wristbands must be placed on your arm at the time of collection. We cannot refund any wristbands that are lost between collection and the event start so please ensure you look after it.
Logging into our website
If you already have your Campus Connect login details, you should be able to access our website, add a wristband to your basket and checkout with no issue. However, if you encounter any problems logging in, please follow the steps provided by our login guide. Still no luck? Email marketing@su.rhul.ac.uk stating your student number and the error message you have encountered.
