About Us

We’re a community of Nerf enthusiasts who run fast‑paced, creative, and inclusive blaster games throughout the year. Whether you’re brand‑new or a seasoned player, our events give you the chance to test your aim, sharpen your tactics, and enjoy friendly competition with people across campus.

We host daily missions during our major game weeks, alongside one‑off battles and special themed events. Every game you take part in earns you a unique collectible badge, and we offer a wide range of Nerf blasters available to rent for free—perfect if you don’t own one or want to try something different. We also sell darts at a very competitive price, with 50% of proceeds donated to Papyrus, a young people’s mental health charity.

Outside of games, we run regular socials—including alcohol‑free options—and annual highlights such as our awards night. If you’re looking for a welcoming community and high‑energy fun, this is the place to be.

Membership

Becoming a member gives you full access to all our games and events, each with its own exclusive badge. You’ll also be invited to our regular socials (typically 1–4 per month) and our special activities such as blaster‑modding workshops, themed battles, and movie nights.

Your membership helps us grow the society—funding new equipment, expanding our armoury of rentable blasters, producing merchandise, and supporting the development of bigger and better events.

Events and Activities

As a member, you can expect:

• At least 6 large‑scale Nerf games each year, ranging from single‑day events to week‑long experiences.
• Opportunities to develop leadership and game‑design skills by helping to moderate events, design missions, and create new mechanics.
• Blaster modification workshops, where you can learn how to upgrade and maintain your gear.
• Collaborative events with other societies, bringing new twists and crossover experiences to the community.
