Laser Tag: 11am - 6pm; SU Venue; The ultimate laser tag game is back! We're turning the SU into an obstacle filled wasteland so make sure you're there to test your speed and teamwork abilities and capture the flag!

Academic Communities Picnic: 1pm - 3pm; Tommy's Lounge; This is your chance to meet your School and Course Reps, and Academic Community Committee members! Come along and get to know students within your academic department. We'll provide some refreshments and cakes but feel free to bring snacks too!

Mon 29th September

Give Skateboarding a Go: 5pm - 7pm; MUGA; Come join us to learn the basics of skateboarding, build confidence and have fun in a supportive, friendly environment. This session is perfect for beginners and those looking to try something new! Plus all equipment is provided.

Thu 2nd October

Academic Rep Fair: 11am - 2pm; EWD Building; Our Academic Rep fair will be taking place on Thursday 2 October in the EWD Atrium and is a great opportunity for you to meet the reps who will be representing you in Staff-Student Action Meetings throughout the year!

Decorate a Wine Glass: 2pm - 4pm; Tommy's Lounge; Perfect for a night in with the girls, get a little crafty between classes and decorate a wine glass.

Boardgames: noon - 4pm; Tommy's Lounge; Challenge your friends to a nail biting game of Monopoly or break the ice with a game of Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza! If the second game sounds confusing then come on down to give it a go ;)

Give Futsal a GO: 5pm - 7pm; Sports Hall; Fast-paced, fun, and friendly- come along to our FREE GIAG futsal session! All skill levels welcome, just bring your energy and enjoy the game.

Blind Date with a Book: 7th October midnight - 28th October midnight; Tommy's Lounge; Hidden behind a very vague description and some brown paper are a host of incredible books just waiting to be discovered! Pick up a book from the book swap shelf and maybe find your new favourite read.

Cupcake Decorating: 1pm - 3pm; Tommy's Lounge; Grab an afternoon sweet treat on us with as many sprinkles as your heart desires!

Give Cheerleading and Dance a Go: 5:30pm - 6:30pm; Sports Hall; Come along to our student-led ‘Give It a Go’ Cheerleading and Dance session! Join us for a fun, supportive session to learn basic moves, build confidence, and get active with friends.

Make a Trinket Dish: 4pm - 6pm; Tommy's Lounge; Make the perfect place to store the keys you always forget, the rings you've collected or your crystal collection you swear changed your life! This is a two week activity so this week we're painting what you made last week.

Mindfulness Colouring: noon - 4pm; Tommy's Lounge; Relax the mind with some mindful colouring sheets

Diwali Craft Afternoon: noon - 4pm; Tommy's Lounge; Celebrate Diwali with us! Rangoli making, tea light holder decorating and more!

Give Pickleball a Go: 5pm - 7pm; Sports Hall; Join us for a fun and friendly session of this fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Open to all abilities- no experience needed! Plus all equipment is provided.

Give MMA a Go: 5:30pm - 6:30pm; Sports Hall; Try something new with our `Give it a Go` MMA session! Learn the basics of mixed martial arts in a safe and welcoming environment. Open to all levels- no experience needed! Plus equipment is provided.

Give Disability Sports a Go: 5pm - 7pm; Sports Hall; Come try a variety of disability sports in this `Give it a Go session`. This inclusive, welcoming and fun session is free and open to all students. No prior experience needed, and all equipment provided.
