Labour Society - In Conversation with Lord Neil Kinnock

Neil Kinnock was the Leader of the Labour Party from 1983 until 1992 in opposition to Conservative Prime Ministers Margaret Thatcher and John Major. Following his resignation from Labour’s leadership, he served as the European Commissioner for Transport from 1995 to 1999 and then as Vice President of the European Commission from 1999 to 2004. Neil Kinnock has been a member of the House of Lords since 2005.
