University life can be demanding, and with the pressures of classes, exams, and daily life, it’s easy to overlook taking care of yourself. This week encourages everyone to pause, reflect, and prioritize self-care through empowering events designed to support and uplift. Love Yourself Week provides the perfect opportunity to embrace all aspects of self-love.
