Give Boxing for Fitness a Go

This high energy class combines the fundamentals of boxing to improve overall fitness. The class will use gloves and pads to work on punching techniques, whilst improving your fitness and relieving stress in a supportive and motivating environment.

This class runs for three weeks back to back.
