International Men's Day: Fitness and Wellbeing Activity Afternoon
Join Active Lifestyle and Sport on International Men’s Day as part of the MENtion it campaign for a series of free, men-focused wellness activities that are designed to boost your fitness and wellbeing. Each session is tailored to help you learn new skills, improve your fitness, and connect with others.
MENtion It
November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month; this year Olivia your VP Wellbeing & Diversity and Bana your VP Societies and Sport are highlighting this by a month-long campaign called MENtion it.
MENtion it is campaign dedicated to empowering men to speak up about mental health. Throughout the month, we will shine a light on the importance of men openly discussing their mental wellbeing and breaking down the barriers of stigma.
Throughout this month MENtion it will also highlight the incredible things done for Movember on campus. Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues.
