Introducing the Give It A Go Sports Festival - a whole day where you can try out a variety of exciting new sports for free!
The event is open to everyone, with no prior experience needed, just drop by and have fun! Led by enthusiastic club volunteers, this is your chance to discover a new sport and meet new people!

Ultimate Frisbee 12:00 - 14:00 on the Astro
Rounders 14:00 -16:00 on the Astro
Women's Rugby 14:00 - 16:00 on the Astro
Men's Football 12:00 -13:00 on the 3G pitch
Women's Football 13:00 - 14:00 on the 3G pitch
Men's rugby (tag) 14:00 - 15:00 on the 3G pitch
Lacrosse 15:00 - 16:00 on the 3G pitch
Table Tennis 12:00 - 13:00 In the Sports Hall
Cheer and Dance 13:00 - 14:00 in the Sports Hall

If you’re looking to develop a new skill, flex your creative muscles, or simply unwind after a day of lectures, you’ll find something in our calendar of Give It A Go events.
These are smaller-scale events that are predominantly alcohol-free and focused on you meeting new people in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment. Some highlights from Freshers' Festival include our Board Games Night, a Petting Zoo, a Trip to IKEA and loads more!
So whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, culture vulture or just love a bit of art and craft, we'll have something for you.
