Come along to our self-love and self-care workshop as a way to de-stress and do some self-reflection at the end of the week.
We will be getting to know each other with a focus on self-love. We will also be taking part in some meditation as well as journalling and making vision boards. So, if you're looking for a chance to unwind, come along!
