It's Market Day every Tuesday at the SU - stock up on fruit and veg at our indoor market and grab a tasty hot lunch from one of our international food stalls on the Union Plaza, including a special Afro-Caribbean stall for Black History Month.

We're delighted to be joined this week by Foy African Cuisine who will be serving up a selection of delicious authentic Afro-Caribbean dishes! You can expect a mouth-watering offer of Jollof rice, fried rice, plantain, Jerk chicken, fish, and beef, curries, patties and dumplings, and salads. We're hungry just talking about it!
