Jax Jones is a London-based DJ and producer whose sunny, uplifting house tracks incorporate a wide range of musical influences. Born Timucin Fabian Kwong Wah Aluo in 1987, he grew up listening to rap, gospel, Afro-beat, and numerous other genres, and began making beats as a teenager, initially as a hip-hop producer.
He got into house music after meeting Duke Dumont, and the two collaborated on the song "I Got U," which became an immediate hit when it was released in early 2014, topping the U.K. singles chart. Jones released his debut single, "Yeah Yeah Yeah," in 2015, and co-wrote Dumont's summer hit "Ocean Drive."
In 2016, Jones released the single "House Work," featuring British vocalist MNEK and Chicago house veteran Mike Dunn. Featuring vocals from U.K. singer RAYE, Jones' next single, "You Don't Know Me," became his biggest solo hit yet, reaching the Top Ten on numerous charts around the world. He followed up in 2017 with the Demi Lovato and Stefflon Don-assisted "Instruction."

ENTRY GUARANTEE
Tickets will guarantee you entry into the venue until 11pm, after this time entry will be dependent on venue capacity until midnight.
TRANSFERRING A TICKET
Online tickets may be transferred at the door, on the night of the event, between 10pm and 11pm. Transferals outside of this time need to be completed in person at the wristband exchange - tickets cannot be exchanged any other way. You cannot transfer a ticket and then come back to the event later unless you purchase an additional ticket. If transferring on the door, you will need to enter the SU once you have transferred your ticket.
The person whom you are transferring your ticket to must be present. Please remember that you are responsible for any guests you sign in even if you transfer your own ticket and do not attend.
WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR E-TICKET
Your College Card will automatically have your ticket added to it once payment is completed online. You simply need to turn up with your College Card and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card or government ID) or a signing in wristband and the person who signed you in if you are a guest.
If you feel more comfortable printing your ticket, that’s fine but it’s not needed (and is probably more environmentally friendly if you don’t!)
SIGNING IN A GUEST
Guests need to be signed in at any of the following locations and times:
Union Helpdesk - Midday to 5pm
Tommy's Kitchen - 5pm to 8pm
Medicine - 6pm to 10pm
This can only be done on the night of the event. They cannot be signed in on the door of the SU.
FAST TRACK ENTRY
If you want fast track entry on the night you can exchange your e-ticket for a wristband on the day of the event. These will take place in the following locations:
Union Helpdesk - Midday to 5pm
Tommy's Kitchen - 5pm to 8pm
Please note that additional ticket holders need to be present when exchanging for a wristband and wristbands must be placed on your arm at the time of collection. We cannot refund any wristbands that are lost between collection and the event start so please look after your wristband.
