Reputation for society
Each of us is a small part of RHUL. It is not just a saying, we need to do something to truly improve our social reputation. With communicating with local media and several social media platforms, we can publish our own weekly e-journal to report what happened which may include sports games schedule, great academic achievement, regular meetings, exhibitions, talks and exchange programs. We need to let public know that we are definitely work hard every day to make our school better and better. More important, when we graduated from RHUL, we hope to see that every employer speaks highly of our graduates and they are willing to hire more RHUL graduates in the future. Frequent and efficient communication can help us to build up a positive and stable impression for the whole society.
The quality of education
We already have many hardworking course representatives who works close between the teaching management team and students. These course representatives collected both positive and negative feedbacks and they provide many useful suggestions for the teaching management team to try to improve the whole quality of education.
Every minute we spent in RHUL should be worthy and it is not only for lectures or workshops, but also for after-class discussion or group studies. Many learning resources were occupied ineffectively and some other students cannot use the learning resources because nobody told them how to find those resources. Hence, we need to build several “bridges” between useful information and our students.
More opportunities for different activities
Equal and fair opportunities for all the students are extremely important. By providing more social activities and communication opportunities, different cultures and different stories can be shared within our students. We need to encourage more and more students to take part in our SU sports and societies and give more budget to our activities or organize several attractive field trips. All these activities can give our students more chance to expand their social circle and to develop some new interest for themselves.
