Democracy Officer

The Democracy officer will hold responsibility for running the union elections processes, these are one of the single most important actions of the Students’ union. It will be key for the individual to keep check of our rules and regulations and to make sure our elections, candidates and processes are fair and accessible to everyone. The individual will need to be concise and driven in order to deliver this process and support their fellow officers throughout the year with similar processes. 

Suitable for:

• Individuals interested in working in the Civil Service, Politics and Membership Organisations
• Working with set Constitutions and Regulations
• People looking to work in Political parties or running for future elections
• Individuals with Political party memberships
