No purchase necessary. All entries must be completed online, in full, and include student ID, name and RHUL email address. Partially completed or multiple entries will be discounted.
There are five main cash prizes including 1 x £300 and 4 x £50. Further bonus prizes will be listed on the RHSU website.
The web survey will be open from 1pm on Friday 20 September 2024 to 9am on Monday 14 October 2024. All entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.
The prize draw will take place when the web survey closes the week commencing 14 October 2024.
The winners will be drawn at random using an electronic number generator from all entries received that meet the entry conditions.
Winners will be notified as soon as possible after the draw has been made.
If either a prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter's discretion.
The draw is open to all current Royal Holloway students, RHUL and RHSU staff. It is not open to the senior members of staff from either RHUL or RHSU, Sabbatical Officers, or Nina & Co. or their agencies (although these groups can participate in the survey, they are not eligible for entry into the prize draw). Only one entry per person. Entries received from third parties or agents will not be entered into the prize draw.
The prizes are subject to availability. RHUL and RHSU reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value where necessary for reasons beyond its control.
No cash alternative will be offered for any of the bonus prizes.
The names of the winners can be obtained after Monday 14 October 2024 by sending an email to marketing@su.rhul.ac.uk with "Commercial Review Survey" in the subject line. They may also be posted on the RHSU website and social media pages owned by RHSU or Royal Holloway, University of London.
All winners agree to take part in any PR or marketing campaigns if requested by RHUL or RHSU.
Nina & Co.’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply may be disqualified.
RHUL and RHSU reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter is Royal Holloway, University of London (legal name Royal Holloway and Bedford New College) - registered company number RC000823, and Royal Holloway Students' Union - registered charity number #1141998.
