Ticket Information

You will have the opportunity to select your menu choice and enter any access requirements as well as specify which club you would like to sit with when you proceed to checkout. Please note tables seat 10 people and we will try our best to sit you on a table with your requested club, but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. If your club has a smaller or larger number of people attending, please expect to be split up.

If you are a coach wishing to attend the event, please email Laura Black by 15 February and this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please be aware that all sales are final, and refunds are not available on tickets once they have been purchased (including duplicates or purchases made in error, tickets bought for the wrong event or non-attendance due to personal choice, illness or injury).

Pre-order drinks

Individuals

If you'd like to purchase additional drinks, you can pre-order one bottle of either red or white wine, priced at £23.95 per bottle. Soft drinks will not be pre-ordered in the same way but will be available to buy on the night.

Groups

We understand that groups may wish to buy some extra wine or soft drinks at Colours Ball if they have outstanding money in their social accounts.

If you wish to put in a request for wine or soft drinks at the ball, your President should submit a ticket through Freshdesk. Please include how many bottles of red/white wine you would like to request for your group (maximum ½ bottle per member attending) and/or also how many small drinks buckets you’d like (eight cans). Please also tell us the name of the one committee member who will be responsible for collecting your extra drinks on the night.

Pre-order bottles will be charged at £23.95 per bottle and soft drinks buckets are also £23.95, and the money will be debited from your social account. Please only request extra drinks if you know you have sufficient funds in your social account! Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The deadline for groups to request to buy wine from their social account is midday on Friday 17 February. We will reply to your Freshdesk ticket to confirm if your request has been successful.

Price breakdown

Colours Ball operates on a break-even budget where every pound of each ticket is allocated across the operating costs of the event, from booking the venue to engraving trophies. Here's a quick breakdown of each cost:

Venue, dinner and drinks - 66% (£45.54)

Transport - 5% (£3.45)

Entertainment and Tech - 4% (£2.76)

Event Production, Décor and Awards - 3.5% (£2.41)

Security and First Aid - 1.5% (£1.04)

VAT and Contingency - 20% (£13.80)
