HEALTHCARE COMPLAINTS.
As with all services, you can experience problems when using the NHS or other healthcare services. We strongly recommend that you use the complaints procedures in place to address any issues you have.
If you’re not sure about how to complain effectively, the Citizens’ Advice Bureau can offer you guidance. They can explain the process to you and tell you where to find helpful information. You can ask them to check over any forms you fill out too.
At the Advice Centre, we’re happy to check over any complaint forms or letters for you before you submit them. Just email us to ask. You can also view our general complaints guidance here.
For your complaint to be thoroughly considered, we strongly recommend that you don’t exceed 500 words when writing complaints statements or letters.
