Welcome to Summer Ball 2024, the ultimate festival experience for Royal Holloway students. Set against the historic backdrop and surroundings of Founder’s Building, this 10-hour festival and end-of-year celebration with 3500+ attendees isn't to be missed! You can expect live music, fairground rides, street food, drinks, brand activations (and more to be announced).
Early Bird
£60 (25-27 March)
300 lucky individuals who sign up to our SB24 mailing list will be sent a secret link for a discounted £60 ticket.
Priority
£80 (25-27 March)
The remaining mailing list subscribers receive an exclusive link to purchase a ticket including early fairground ride access and a Survivors' Breakfast roll.
General Sale

Putting on an event the size of Summer Ball and delivering the high-quality experience expected of such a prestigious event doesn't come cheap. As a registered charity, we must ensure that our costs are covered and each year it is becoming more challenging to deliver the same experience for the same price. That's why this year we have had to increase the ticket price for the first time since 2012 (if we had followed inflation since then, the event would now cost in excess of £100!) The ticket price reflects various costs including the acts performing, the infrastructure, and the staff working the event.

Fencing, toilets, tents, staging, sound & lighting, equipment, bar structures, fire safety equipment.
Staff
£21.60 (27%)
Security, medics, bar, cloakroom, catering, tech, site crew, artist liaisons, management, ticket exchange, noise mitigation team.
Customer Service
£4.86 (6.08%)
Till & card machine hire, fridges & chiller unit hire, drink consumables.
Marketing

Signage, wristbands, lanyards, event branding.
Other fees
